حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَعَبْدِ اللهِ أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا:
إِذَا قَتَلَ الْحُرُّ الْعَبْدَ، فَهُوَ بِهِ قَوَدٌ
