حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ قَالَ
: كَتَبَ شُرَيْحٌ إِلَى هِشَامِ بْنِ هُبَيْرَةَ أَنَّ دِيَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ دِيَةِ الرَّجُلِ إِلَّا السِّنَّ وَالْمُوضِحَةَ
