حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ عَنْ عَوْفٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
لَا يُقْتَلُ الذَّكَرُ بِالْأُنْثَى حَتَّى يُؤَدَّى [١]نِصْفُ الدِّيَةِ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ
