حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ سَالِمٍ عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:
إِذَا حَمَلَ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ غُلَامًا لَمْ يَحْتَلِمْ، فَأَصَابَ [١]شَيْئًا، فَهُوَ عَلَى الَّذِي حَمَلَهُ، وَإِنْ [٢]كَانَ قَدْ بَلَغَ فَأَصَابَ شَيْئًا فَهُوَ ضَامِنٌ، وَفِي الْعَبْدِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ
