حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُيَسَّرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ:
أَنَّ فَحْلًا عَدَا عَلَى رَجُلٍ فَقَتَلَهُ، فَرُفِعَ إِلَى أَبِي بَكْرٍ فَأَغْرَمَهُ وَقَالَ: بَهِيمَةٌ لَا تَعْقِلُ
