حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ:
يُغَرَّمُ قَاتِلُ الْبَهِيمَةِ، وَلَا يُغَرَّمُ أَهْلُهَا مَا قَتَلَتْ
