سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنْ رَجُلٍ وَاقِفٍ عَلَى دَابَّتِهِ [١]، فَضَرَبَتْ بِرِجْلِهَا ؟ قَالَ حَمَّادٌ: لَا يَضْمَنُ، وَقَالَ الْحَكَمُ: يَضْمَنُ
