حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ عَنِ الضَّحَّاكِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
لَيْسَ فِي الْجَائِفَةِ، [وَلَا الْمَأْمُومَةِ] [١]، وَلَا الْمُنَقِّلَةِ قِصَاصٌ
