حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ بْنُ عَطَاءٍ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ
: دِيَةُ الْجَنِينِ عَلَى الَّذِي أَصَابَهُ فِي مَالِهِ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى قَوْمِهِ شَيْءٌ
