حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ
فِي الْعَبْدِ يَجُرُّ الْجَرِيرَةَ فَيُعْتِقُهُ سَيِّدُهُ: أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ عِتْقُهُ وَيَضْمَنُ سَيِّدُهُ ثَمَنَهُ.
