حَدَّثَنَا عَبَّادٌ عَنْ أَشْعَثَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ،
فِي الْعَبْدِ يَجْنِي الْجِنَايَةَ ؟ قَالَ: فِي رَقَبَتِهِ، قُلْتُ: فَإِنْ أَعْتَقَهُ مَوْلَاهُ ؟ قَالَ: عَلَيْهِ قِيمَتُهُ.
