حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ النَّاسُ فِي شَيْءٍ، فَانْظُرْ كَيْفَ صَنَعَ فِيهِ عُمَرُ، فَإِنَّهُ كَانَ لَا يَصْنَعُ شَيْئًا حَتَّى يَسْأَلَ وَيُشَاوِرَ
