✧ Regarding the man who pledges a security for the one whose maintenance is due

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ الرَّبِيعِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ قَالَ:
سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ أَشْتَرِي مِنْهُ طَعَامًا فَيُعْطِينِي بَعْضَهُ، ثُمَّ يُقْطَعُ بِهِ فَلَا يَجِدُ مَا يُعْطِينِي، فَيَقُولُ: بِعْنِي مِنْ طَعَامِكَ حَتَّى أُعْطِيَكَ ؟ قَالَ: " لَا تَقْرَبَنَّ هَذَا، هَذَا الرِّبَا الصُّرَاحِيَّةُ
