حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ خَاصَمَ إِلَى قَاضٍ فَقَضَى عَلَيْهِ، فَعُزِلَ ذَلِكَ الْقَاضِي فَجَاءَ غَيْرُهُ، فَكَانَ يَقْضِي لِلْقَاسِمِ، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: لَوْ خَاصَمْتَ إِلَيْهِ ! فَقَالَ: لَا، إِنِّي قَدْ خَاصَمْتُ إِلَى قَاضٍ فَقَضَى عَلَيَّ
