حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، وَعَنْ حَجَّاجٍ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ وَعَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَقُولُ لِغُلَامِهِ: إِنْ دَخَلْتَ الدَّارَ فَأَنْتَ حُرٌّ، فَبَاعَهُ، فَدَخَلَ الدَّارَ ثُمَّ اشْتَرَاهُ، قَالُوا: " لَا يَعْتِقُ
