حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ قَالَ:
لَا تَجُوزُ شَهَادَةُ الْيَهُودِيِّ عَلَى النَّصْرَانِيِّ، وَلَا النَّصْرَانِيِّ عَلَى الْيَهُودِيِّ، وَلَا مِلَّةٍ عَلَى غَيْرِ مِلَّتِهَا إِلَّا الْمُسْلِمِينَ
