كَانَ ابْنُ أَبِي لَيْلَى يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ الزَّوْجِ لِامْرَأَتِهِ، وَلَا يُجِيزُ شَهَادَةَ الْمَرْأَةِ لِزَوْجِهَا
