✧ Regarding a man buying food and then increasing it: to whom does the increase belong

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ وَالْحَسَنِ
أَنَّهُمَا سُئِلَا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الطَّعَامَ، أَيَبِيعُهُ بِكَيْلِهِ ؟ فَقَالَا: لَا، حَتَّى يَجْرِيَ فِيهِ الصَّاعَانِ، فَتَكُونُ لَهُ الزِّيَادَةُ وَعَلَيْهِ النُّقْصَانُ
