حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ قَالَ:
مَنِ اشْتَرَى ثَوْبًا بِشَرْطٍ فَبَاعَهُ مُرَابَحَةً قَبْلَ أَنْ يَسْتَوْجِبَهُ، فَإِنَّ الرِّبْحَ لِصَاحِبِ الثَّوْبِ
