سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يُقْرِضُ الرَّجُلَ الدَّرَاهِمَ فَيُعْطَى أَجْوَدَ مِنْهَا ؟ قَالَ [١]: " لَا بَأْسَ، مَا لَمْ تَكُنْ نِيَّتُهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ
