سَأَلْتُ الْحَكَمَ وَحَمَّادًا عَنِ الشُّفْعَةِ ؟ فَقَالَ: " إِذَا كَانَتِ الدَّارُ إِلَى جَنْبِ الدَّارِ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا طَرِيقٌ فَفِيهَا شُفْعَةٌ
