حَدَّثَنَا غُنْدَرٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ
أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ دَفَعَ إِلَى رَجُلٍ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً وَضَمَّنَهُ إِيَّاهُ ؟ قَالَ: " الرِّبْحُ بَيْنَهُمَا، وَلَا يُلْتَفَتُ إِلَى ضَمَانِهِ
