حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَدْفَعُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ مَالًا مُضَارَبَةً عَلَى أَنَّهُ ضَامِنٌ، قَالَ: " لَيْسَ بِضَامِنٍ
