حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ
سُئِلَ عَنْ رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا وَشَرَطَ مَالَهُ، قَالَ: " مَالُهُ لَهُ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَشْتَرِطْ فَمَالُهُ لِسَيِّدِهِ
