حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ:
إِذَا رُهِنَ الرَّجُلُ الْحُرُّ فَأَقَرَّ بِذَلِكَ، كَانَ رَهْنًا حَتَّى يَفُكَّهُ الَّذِي رَهَنَهُ أَوْ يَفُكَّ نَفْسَهُ
