حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ وَمُحَمَّدٍ
أَنَّهُمَا قَالَا فِي رَجُلٍ اقْتَرَضَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ دَرَاهِمَ عَدَدًا بِأَرْضٍ، فَجَازَتْ بِوَزْنِهَا، أَيَقْضِيهِ وَزْنًا ؟ فَكَرِهَا ذَلِكَ وَقَالَا: لَا يَقْضِيهِ إِلَّا مِثْلَ دَرَاهِمِهِ
