حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِذَا تَبَيَّنَ إِفْلَاسُ الرَّجُلِ فَلَا يَجُوزُ عَتَاقُهُ وَعَلَيْهِ دَيْنٌ، وَإِنْ لَمْ يَتَبَيَّنْ إِفْلَاسُهُ فَعَتَاقُهُ جَائِزٌ
