حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ:
الْكَفَنُ مِنْ رَأْسِ جُمْلَةِ الْمَالِ، لَا مِنَ الثُّلُثِ، وَلَا مِنْ غَيْرِهِ
