حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ كَانَ الْمَالُ كَثِيرًا فَمِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ، وَإِنْ كَانَ قَلِيلًا فَمِنَ الثُّلُثِ
