حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِنْ كَانَ مُوسِرًا ضَمِنَ، وَكَانَ الْوَلَاءُ لَهُ. وَإِنْ كَانَ مُعْسِرًا سَعَى الْعَبْدُ، وَكَانَ الْوَلَاءُ بَيْنَهُمَا
