حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
إِذَا أَتَاكَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ فَحَكَّمُوكَ فِيمَا بَيْنَهُمْ بِحُكْمِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، فَلَا تَعْدُهُ إِلَى غَيْرِهِ. أَوْ أَعْرِضْ عَنْهُمْ، وَخَلِّهِمْ وَأَهْلَ دِينِهِمْ
