حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الْجَارِيَةَ عَلَى أَنْ لَا يَبِيعَ وَلَا يَهَبَ وَلَا يُمْهِرَ، قَالَ: " وَدِدْتُ أَنِّي وَجَدْتُهَا فَاشْتَرَيْتُهَا بِهَذَا الشَّرْطِ، وَأَشْتَرِطُ لَهُمْ: أَنَّهَا عَتِيقٌ إِذَا مُتُّ
