حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْلَمِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ:
إِنْ بَاعَاهَا مُرَابَحَةً فَالرِّبْحُ عَلَى رَأْسِ الْمَالِ، وَإِنْ بَاعَاهَا مُسَاوَمَةً فَهُوَ بَيْنَهُمَا
