حَدَّثَنَا عَبِيدَةُ بْنُ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ، عَنْ عَامِرٍ قَالَ:
إِذَا وَهَبَ الرَّجُلُ الْهِبَةَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهَا مَا دَامَتْ فِي يَدِهِ، فَإِذَا أَعْطَاهَا فَقَدْ جَازَتْ
