حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
قَالَ عُمَرُ - وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ -: " مَنْ أَخَذَ ضَالَّةً فَهُوَ ضَالٌّ
