فِي رَجُلٍ اشْتَرَى عَبْدًا، فَأَعْتَقَهُ، ثُمَّ ظَهَرَ بِهِ دَاءٌ كَانَ عِنْدَ الْبَائِعِ، قَالَ: كَانَ يُوجِبُهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَلَا يَرُدُّ الْبَائِعُ شَيْئًا
