حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ أَبِي عَوْنٍ الثَّقَفِيِّ، عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعَلِيٍّ قَالَا:
إِذَا أَسْلَمَ وَلَهُ أَرْضٌ وَضَعْنَا عَنْهُ الْجِزْيَةَ، وَأَخَذْنَا مِنْهُ خَرَاجَهَا
