حَدَّثَنَا عِيسَى بْنُ يُونُسَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ
فِي الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ الْمَالُ لِأَيْتَامِ فَيَعْمَلُ بِهِ، قَالَ: هُوَ ضَامِنٌ إِذَا عَمِلَ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ. فَالرِّبْحُ [١]يَتَصَدَّقُ بِهِ
