✧ On a man who hires out his slave or the like to another man

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الثَّقَفِيُّ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ مُعَاوِيَةَ:
فِي الْغُلَامِ يَدْفَعُهُ الرَّجُلُ إِلَى الرَّجُلِ يُعَلِّمُهُ، ثُمَّ يُخْرِجُهُ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَنْقَضِيَ شَرْطُهُ، قَالَ: " يُرَدُّ عَلَى مُعَلِّمِهِ مَا أَنْفَقَ عَلَيْهِ "
