حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ وَأَبِي هَاشِمٍ وَمَنْصُورٍ قَالُوا:
إِنْ فَرَّ مِنَ الَّذِي أَخَذَهُ فَلَيْسَ عَلَيْهِ ضَمَانٌ
