حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ حَسَنٍ، عَنْ مُجَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ قَالَ:
لِلْغَائِبِ شُفْعَةٌ، تُكْتَبُ [١]إِلَيْهِ؛ فَإِنْ أَخَذَ وَبَعَثَ بِالثَّمَنِ، وَإِلَّا فَلَا شُفْعَةَ لَهُ
