حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ قَالَ:
إِنْ شَاءَ الْمُضَارِبُ اسْتَأْجَرَ الْأَجِيرَ وَأَطْعَمَ الرَّقِيقَ إِذَا كَانَ مِنَ الْمُضَارَبَةِ، وَلَا يَأْكُلُ مَعَهُمْ
