حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرٌ، عَنْ مُغِيرَةَ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ:
فِي الرَّجُلَيْنِ يَدَّعِيَانِ الدَّابَّةَ لَيْسَتْ فِي يَدِ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا، فَيُقِيمُ أَحَدُهُمَا شَاهِدَيْنِ، وَالْآخَرُ أَرْبَعَةً، فَقَالَ: " هِيَ بَيْنَهُمَا نِصْفَيْنِ؛ لِأَنَّ الِاثْنَيْنِ يُوجِبَانِ الْحَقَّ
