✧ On a Man Buying a Garment from a Man, Cutting It, Then Finding a Defect in It

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي عَدِيٍّ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَوْنٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ قَالَ:
كَانَ يَقُولُ فِي الرَّجُلِ يَشْتَرِي الثَّوْبَ، فَيَرَى فِيهِ الْعَوَارَ، قَالَ: كَانَ يَقُولُ: " إِذَا تَغَيَّرَ عَنْ حَالِهِ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ أَنْ يُجَوِّزَهُ [١]وَيَحُطَّ عَنْهُ قَدْرَ الْعَوَارِ
