حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ أَبِي شِهَابٍ، عَنِ الْعَلَاءِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ قَالَ:
تُصْرَفُ الْمُضَارَبَةُ فِي الدَّيْنِ، وَلَا يُصْرَفُ الدَّيْنُ فِي الْمُضَارَبَةِ
