حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ عَنْ عَطَاءٍ:

فِي الرَّجُلِ يَتَصَدَّقُ بِالصَّدَقَةِ، ثُمَّ تَرْجِعُ إِلَيْهِ فِي الْمِيرَاثِ، قَالَ: يَجْعَلُهَا مِنْ حِصَّةِ غَيْرِهِ
