حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ عُمَرَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ:
أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَضَى بِالْيَمِينِ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ
