حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، عَنْ زَمْعَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ قَالَ:
مَضَتِ السُّنَّةُ أَنَّ الْيَمِينَ عَلَى الْمُدَّعَى عَلَيْهِ
