حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ مُطَرِّفٍ قَالَ:
قُلْتُ لِلشَّعْبِيِّ: يَجُوزُ بَيْعُهُ وَشِرَاؤُهُ ؟ قَالَ: " إِذَا جَازَ بَيْعُهُ وَشِرَاؤُهُ جَازَتْ عَتَاقَتُهُ
