✧ Regarding the man who sells food to a man on credit

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ قَالَ:
سُئِلَ مُحَمَّدٌ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَبِيعُ الْمَتَاعَ إِلَى أَجَلٍ فَيَحِلُّ الْأَجَلُ، أَيَأْخُذُ مَتَاعًا ؟ فَقَالَ: " قَدْ كَانَ الرَّجُلُ يَأْتِي غَرِيمَهُ فَيَأْخُذُ مِنْهُ "، فَقِيلَ لَهُ: أَيَبِيعُ طَعَامًا وَيَأْخُذُ طَعَامًا ؟ قَالَ: " فَإِنِّي لَا أَقُولُ فِيهِ شَيْئًا
